About the Role

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion for ManpowerGroup Solutions. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering tailored workforce solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Secure new business with small to medium-sized businesses and mid-market clients in an assigned territory, developing and executing a territory plan to capitalize on market and industry opportunities.
  2. Client Engagement: Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to transition to Branch Manager/delivery team, partnering with individual or multiple markets to provide customized workforce solutions.
  3. Thought Leadership: Establish oneself as a market and industry leader, known for expertise in workforce solutions and World of Work trends, offering customized solutions to clients by collaborating across teams and brands.
