Position Overview

The Senior Manager of Partner Marketing Strategy is accountable for the design and implementation of the Global Partner Experience through marketing-driven partner engagement tools and systems, aimed at achieving sales and marketing objectives. This role leads the development and execution of partner-focused demand generation campaigns, requiring collaboration with key stakeholders and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement demand generation initiatives that facilitate co-branding and customization by partners, working closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Channel Marketing, and the channel sales organization.
  • Design strategies for the Partner Portal, create implementation plans, and oversee budgets to boost portal adoption and usage, enhance channel awareness, partner education, demand generation, joint marketing efforts, and partner readiness.
  • Foster global consistency through collaboration with Regional Partner Marketing and Global Partner Experience colleagues to establish and execute uniform processes, positioning, and messaging across partner-marketing tools (Partner Portal, Demand Center), including necessary localization.
  • Develop and oversee a joint marketing fund program in collaboration with the Global Partner Programs team to expedite joint marketing initiatives with prioritized partners.
  • Improve partner experience by consistently monitoring and assessing the utilization of partner-facing tools; identify gaps and devise programs/campaigns to address them, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Lead internal global communication efforts to enhance alignment and awareness regarding partner engagement with partner-marketing tools.
  • Act as the primary contact for Reseller partners within the Global Partner Experience framework, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the reseller community; collaborate with Channel Sales leaders and Regional Partner Marketing Managers to support alignment during quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
