AIR MILES collectors accumulate Reward Miles through over 300 leading Canadian, global, and online brands, as well as at thousands of retail and service locations nationwide.

AIR MILES operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank of Montreal (BMO).

This role involves overseeing the execution of onboarding strategies to streamline the implementation process for new AIR MILES Partner accounts, additional features, and integrations with the AIR MILES Program Platform and Systems.

You will manage the comprehensive process for all new Partner implementations.

Collaboration with Strategic Partnerships, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Analytics, Data teams, and other stakeholders is essential to manage daily program operations for new Partners, including Partner and offer setup.

Engagement with both internal and external stakeholders is crucial to ensure a seamless adoption and transition of new Partnerships to their respective Client Success, Marketing, and Analysis teams.

In this position, you will handle onboarding engagements and provide overall contract management and project management support to Partner contacts and internal stakeholders, offering both operational/technical and non-technical assistance.

Collaboration with the internal Strategic Partnerships Team and support for Marketing and Analytics team resources will be necessary to enhance the onboarding experience for new Partners.

You will work directly with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project status updates, and conduct remote training sessions for Partners.

A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in Product, Project, or Partner Account Management is required.
~1-2 years of supervisory experience is considered an asset.
~ Proven experience in managing complex, large-scale, high-visibility projects is essential.
~ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities are critical.
~ Experience working with junior to senior-level internal colleagues, internal and external technical teams, and external partners' mid-and-senior-level executives is expected.

Compensation for part-time roles will be adjusted based on the number of hours regularly worked.

The total compensation package at AIR MILES may vary based on the pay type of the position and could include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as additional perks and rewards.

AIR MILES also provides health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
