Role Responsibilities

The Senior Partner Marketing Strategist is accountable for spearheading the development and execution of the Global Partner Experience across marketing-driven partner-facing tools and systems to fulfill sales and marketing ambitions.

As the Global Partner Marketing lead, you will be responsible for the formulation and execution of partner-oriented demand generation campaigns, collaborating closely with key stakeholders and partners.

Your duties will include:

  1. Creating and executing demand generation campaigns that facilitate co-branding and customization by partners, in collaboration with Marketing, Channel Marketing, and channel sales teams.
  2. Formulating strategies for the Partner Portal, implementing plans, and managing budgets to boost adoption and utilization, enhance channel awareness, provide partner education, and drive joint marketing initiatives.
  3. Ensuring global consistency through collaboration with Regional Partner Marketing and Global Partner Experience colleagues to establish and execute uniform processes, positioning, and messaging across partner-marketing owned tools.
  4. Managing a joint marketing fund program in conjunction with the Global Partner Programs team to expedite joint marketing efforts with prioritized partners.
  5. Improving partner experience through ongoing monitoring and assessment of partner-facing tool usage; leading internal global communication initiatives to promote alignment and awareness of partner engagement.
  6. Acting as the Global Partner Experience lead for Reseller partners to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the reseller community; collaborating with Channel Sales leaders and Regional Partner Marketing Managers for quarterly business reviews.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
