About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at AMPRA IMMIGRATION INC. as a Support Role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination and timely follow-up.
  • Communication and Reception: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective workflow.
