Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and confirm meetings.
- Communication: Answer electronic enquiries and respond to phone calls and messages.
- Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel and related itineraries.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Administrative Procedures: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, review and evaluate new procedures, and establish work priorities.
- Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, flexibility, and attention to detail.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and accounting software.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks and attention to detail required.
