About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide effective and confidential administration and clerical services to support the smooth running of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our clinical staff, including data inputting, report preparation, and referral processing.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Support the development and implementation of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
Requirements
  • Good general education to GCSE grade C or equivalent.
  • Excellent word processing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in a busy office environment, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
