About The Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Shutters Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee data, inventory, and other relevant information.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, including data entry, research, and other tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Work Environment: Manufacture.
