We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our operations at Ignite Technical Solutions. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative processes and effective communication within the organization.

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Organize and confirm appointments.
- Manage incoming calls and relay messages efficiently.
- Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties.
- Engage with clients post-sale to offer ongoing support.
- Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
