Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to join our team at Sea & Field Bistro O/A Sea & Field Bistro. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations: Supervise and coordinate the preparation and cooking of menu items, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Staff Management: Train and mentor our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
