Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to drive business growth and improve customer experience
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in commercial banking or a related field
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Deep knowledge of commercial banking products and services, as well as industry trends and market conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
