Job Title: Junior Proposal Coordinator

Job Summary

The Junior Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for leading and overseeing the entire proposal development lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to all deadlines. This includes facilitating effective communication and collaboration with technical experts, project managers, and other key stakeholders to gather essential information for proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the entire proposal development lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to all deadlines.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with technical experts, project managers, and other key stakeholders to gather essential information for proposals.
  • Craft, revise, and format proposal content, ensuring clarity, persuasiveness, and compliance with all requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive repository of proposal resources, including templates, standard responses, and project summaries.
Qualifications and Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in proposal coordination, technical writing, or a similar role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience managing multiple proposals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the environmental construction industry and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • A proactive approach to work, with the ability to take initiative and work independently when required.
