Purchasing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team at S & B Modi Enterprises ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing purchasing policies and procedures to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Plan and control budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize cost savings opportunities.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, with a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
This is a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be a team player, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
