Purchasing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team at S & B Modi Enterprises ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing purchasing policies and procedures to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure the best possible prices and services.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
- Cost Control: Analyze and manage costs associated with procurement, identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing measures to reduce expenses.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, with a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
