Key Responsibilities- Procurement and Budgeting: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.

- Senior Management Support: Advise senior management on procurement-related matters, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that it is accurately tracked and managed.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Project.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
