Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Bakery Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery, including managing production, inventory, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Production Management: Oversee the production of high-quality baked goods, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer demands.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work, as well as the advertised start date.
- Language: Fluency in English.
