Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all necessary supplies are available at the start of each shift
  • Collaborate with the Machine Operator to ensure packaging equipment is functioning within standard parameters
  • Manage rework in the event of equipment downtime, minimizing disruptions to production
  • Work closely with the Machine-operator/Boxer during flavor changes, ensuring seamless transitions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout and at the end of each shift
  • Ensure all employees are aware of their responsibilities related to food safety, legality, and quality
  • Adhere to all applicable job procedures outlined in the SOP manual
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Health and Safety rules as outlined in the employee handbook
  • Verify that GMPs and safe food handling practices are being followed

Required Qualifications:

  • Completed (minimum) Grade 12 education or equivalent, with basic math skills
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and maintain accuracy to meet production demands
  • Dependability and strong work habits
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Familiarity with GMPs and safety protocols
