Bakery Operations Manager

Roma Bakery is a leading bakery that prides itself on providing high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Bakery Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Education and Experience: A college or CEGEP diploma is required, with a minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Shift and On-Call Work: The successful candidate must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to participate in an on-call rotation.
- Advertised Start Date: The candidate must be available to start on the advertised start date.
- Student Status: The candidate must not be a student.
- Work Authorization: The candidate must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Relocation: The candidate must be willing to relocate for this position.
- Residency: The candidate must currently reside in proximity to the advertised location.
- Previous Experience: The candidate must have previous experience in the field of employment.
- Education Level: The candidate must have completed the highest level of study.
- Paid Time Off: The bakery offers paid time off for volunteering or personal days.

- Work Term: The work term is permanent.
