About Roma Bakery

Roma Bakery is a leading bakery that prides itself on providing high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Bakery Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: A college or CEGEP diploma is required, with a minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Shift and On-Call Work: The successful candidate must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to participate in an on-call rotation.
  • Screening Questions: We require the candidate to answer the following questions:
    • Are you available for shift or on-call work?
    • Are you available for the advertised start date?
    • Are you currently a student?
    • Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?
    • Are you willing to relocate for this position?
    • Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?
    • Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?
    • What is the highest level of study you have completed?
