We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee our Operations team.

Your future responsibilities:

Directing the planning and implementation of capital projects ranging from $100,000 to $1,000,000 within our manufacturing facilities. Complying with ROCKWOOL Group Project Management Standards, which include financial oversight and post-project evaluations. Managing project parameters such as scope, budget, timeline, and forecasting with a focus on excellence. Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure smooth execution. Overseeing procurement and managing vendor and subcontractor relationships for effective project delivery. Ensuring project quality and performance are monitored and controlled for optimal results. Reporting on project progress in accordance with established plans. Leading project closure activities and updating documentation for future reference. Facilitating collaboration across departments to improve project efficiency. Evaluating and incorporating regulatory requirements into project designs for compliance. Verifying that installed equipment adheres to production policies and safety/environmental standards, conducting comprehensive environmental assessments and risk evaluations.

What you bring to the role:

A Bachelor's degree in engineering. A Project Management designation and/or PMP certification. Experience in process control within a continuous flow manufacturing environment. A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting. Strong background in working with automated systems and conveyors. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Excellent leadership capabilities.
