Your prospective team:
You will be integrated into the Operations division, reporting directly to the Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the planning and execution of capital projects ranging from $100,000 to $1,000,000 within the manufacturing site. Ensuring compliance with ROCKWOOL Group Project Management Standards, including financial oversight and post-project evaluations. Overseeing project scope, budget, timeline, and forecasting with a focus on excellence. Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure smooth execution. Coordinating procurement, vendor relations, and subcontractor management for efficient project operations. Monitoring project quality and performance to achieve optimal results. Reporting on project progress in accordance with established plans. Leading project closure activities and updating documentation for future reference. Facilitating collaboration across departments to improve project efficiency. Evaluating and incorporating regulatory requirements into project designs for compliance. Ensuring that installed equipment adheres to production policies and safety/environmental standards, conducting comprehensive environmental assessments and risk evaluations.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering. Project Management certification and/or PMP designation. Experience in process control within a continuous flow manufacturing environment. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting. Strong background in automated systems and conveyor operations. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles. Proficient in MS Office applications. Excellent leadership capabilities.What we provide:
