About the Role

AFIMAC Canada is seeking a highly skilled and organized Deployment Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all functions related to job staffing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deployment Coordination: Coordinate and execute all functions related to job staffing and deployment, ensuring timely and efficient deployment of personnel.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process for multiple positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Project Planning: Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Communication: Proactively communicate project tasks, goals, and updates to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
  • Quality Control: Clearly communicate AFIMAC requirements to field staff and perform quality control throughout each project to ensure those requirements are met.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including timesheets, schedules, and deployment emails.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory, maintenance, and distribution of all security equipment.
  • Procedure Development: Assist in the development and improvement of deployment operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: Preference given to those with experience in the military, security, or staffing industry.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid G Class License and clean criminal background.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as needed to project sites across Canada.
