Job Summary

Cold Iron Truck Center Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and efficient.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office operations.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Prepare and disseminate reports, memos, and other communications as required.
  • Project Coordination
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of projects and events.
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
