Your future role:

You will be an integral part of the Operations team, reporting directly to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the planning and implementation of capital projects ranging from $100,000 to $1,000,000 within the manufacturing site. Ensuring compliance with ROCKWOOL Group Project Management Guidelines, including financial oversight and post-project evaluations. Managing project scope, budget, timeline, and forecasting with a focus on excellence. Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure smooth execution. Coordinating procurement, vendor, and subcontractor management for efficient project operations. Monitoring and evaluating project quality and performance to achieve optimal results. Reporting on project progress in accordance with established plans. Leading project closure activities and updating documentation for future reference. Facilitating collaboration across departments to improve project efficiency. Assessing and incorporating regulatory requirements into project designs for compliance. Ensuring that installed equipment adheres to production policies and safety/environmental standards, conducting comprehensive environmental assessments and risk evaluations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering. Project Management designation and/or PMP certification. Experience in process control within a continuous flow manufacturing environment. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting. Strong background in working with automated systems and conveyors. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles. Proficient in MS Office applications. Excellent leadership capabilities.
