About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Kenan Courier and Logistics. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our administrative services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Services Coordination: Coordinate and manage the provision of administrative services to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.
  • Department Evaluation: Evaluate the operations of our administrative services department to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Staff Management: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Budget Planning: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: General office environment.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
