  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team ranging from 1 to 15 employees.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
