Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial reports to enhance and sustain profitability
  • Develop and manage budgets for food, ingredients, beverages, and cleaning supplies
  • Evaluate and improve daily operational processes
  • Monitor revenue streams to manage labor costs effectively
  • Plan and organize daily workflows and operations
  • Create staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff
  • Manage cash handling and complete financial reports
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members
  • Maintain and organize inventory levels
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers for necessary goods
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and their execution
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will oversee a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Certifications and Licenses
  • Safe Food Handling certificate is required
