Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and minimize costs.
  • Inventory Control: Plan and organize inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Supplies and Equipment: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Experience in a restaurant management role is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
