Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Symposium, Waterdown. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff
Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to new staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties to a high standard.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesOversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
Address Customer ComplaintsRespond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Maintain Records and ReportsPrepare and submit accurate and timely reports on kitchen operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Establish Work SchedulesDevelop and implement efficient work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen staff are able to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
Requirements- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
- 2-3 Years of Experience in a Kitchen Management Role
- Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Kitchen and Food Service Helpers
- Permanent Full-Time Position
- 35 Hours per Week
- English Language Required
