Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff

Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.

Manage Kitchen Operations

Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Maintain Kitchen Records

Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a kitchen management role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Schedule

35 hours per week
