Motel Operations Manager

We are a reputable hotel management company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Manager to join our team. As a Motel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures
Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that they are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
Recruit and Hire StaffRecruit and hire staff members who share our company's values and are committed to providing excellent customer service.
Supervise StaffSupervise and manage a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
Conduct Performance ReviewsConduct regular performance reviews with staff members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
Negotiate with SuppliersNegotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for materials and supplies.
Conduct Training SessionsConduct training sessions for staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job responsibilities.
Perform Front Desk DutiesPerform front desk duties, including checking in and out guests, handling customer complaints, and responding to guest inquiries.
Prepare Budgets and Monitor Revenues and ExpensesPrepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure that our business is running efficiently and effectively.
Prepare Marketing PlansPrepare marketing plans to promote our motel and attract new guests.
Implement Marketing ActivitiesImplement marketing activities, including social media marketing, email marketing, and advertising.
Enforce Policies and ProceduresEnforce policies and procedures to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.
Address Customer ComplaintsAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist Clients/Guests with Special NeedsAssist clients/guests with special needs, including providing accommodations and services to ensure that they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Develop and Implement Business PlansDevelop and implement business plans to ensure that our motel is running efficiently and effectively.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish work schedules for staff members to ensure that our motel is adequately staffed at all times.
Organize and Maintain InventoryOrganize and maintain inventory of supplies and materials to ensure that we have what we need to operate our motel efficiently.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
LanguageEnglish.
Work SettingHotel, motel, resort.
Budgetary Responsibility$0 - $100,000.
Supervision5-10 people.
Computer and Technology KnowledgeMS Word, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint.
