Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business administration.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, guests, and clients.
Computer SkillsProficient in MS Word and MS Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
TransportationPublic transportation is available, but a reliable vehicle is preferred.
Work ConditionsFast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Physical DemandsCombination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
Personal SuitabilityClient focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, and a team player attitude.
