Customer ServiceEnsure that our guests receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
Financial ManagementPrepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring that our financial performance is in line with our company's goals and objectives.
Marketing and PromotionDevelop and implement marketing plans to promote our motel and attract new guests.
Maintenance and RepairsArrange for and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly.
Complaint ResolutionAddress customer complaints and concerns, responding promptly and professionally to ensure that our guests are satisfied with their stay.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality or business administration.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
LanguageFluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer SkillsProficient in MS Word and MS Office, with experience using other software applications relevant to the hospitality industry.
TransportationPublic transportation is available.
Work ConditionsFast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods may be required.
Personal SuitabilityClient focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, initiative, and a team player attitude.
