Job Title: Nurse II

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse II to join our team at the Women's Health Clinic. As a Nurse II, you will provide high-quality, safe, and confidential clinical care and education on women's reproductive health, including medical and surgical abortion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical care and education to patients on women's reproductive health
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement educational programs on reproductive health
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans for patients
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a community health setting
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record check and Child Abuse Registry check

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both official languages
  • Demonstrated cultural competence and commitment to decolonizing practices and disrupting all forms of racism
  • Experience using Accuro EMR
  • Experience in an abortion program or surgical unit
