Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive cancer care to patients in the ambulatory setting
  • Assess and intervene to meet patient needs
  • Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team
  • Participate in patient education and support
Requirements
  • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM)
  • Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Knowledge of the Canadian Nurses Association Code of Ethics and the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA)
  • Proficient with computers and software applications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree
  • Three years' experience in medical/surgical or ambulatory care
  • Knowledge and experience with oncology
