Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team at Norden Windows And Doors Ltd. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and develop business cases to support growth initiatives.
- Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Operational Management: Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
- Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and distribution management.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Work Environment: The successful candidate will be required to work in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
- Physical Demands: The role requires the ability to work in a office environment and travel to client sites as required.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, initiative, organized, and a team player.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
