Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of distribution tasks.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on distribution performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery used in distribution processes.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and conduct performance reviews for distribution staff.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient distribution processes.
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a distribution or operations role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel as required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Strong judgement, organized, and reliable.

- Work Term and Language: Permanent position with English as the primary language of communication.
