Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales growth strategy that aligns with our company's objectives. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our business development capabilities, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth and Development: Achieve sustainable and scalable sales growth across all branch locations, working closely with our General Manager to establish performance accountability and drive business results.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Adapt, support, and execute on sales programs that include sales processes, sales structures, and sales strategies to drive business growth and development.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our sales team members to achieve branch goals, working closely with our Director of Sales/BD to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform our sales strategy and drive business results.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the development of our team.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional sales experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and development.
- Strategic Sales Skills: Excellent strategic sales skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive business results.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand our company's objectives, strategies, and goals.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Education and Certifications: Business degree preferred, with a record of continuing education in professional sales topics, team-based management, and quality discipline.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $78,000.00-$117,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
