About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Supervisor to join our team at Hong Dao Business Development Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people.

Experience and Specialization

We are looking for candidates with computer and technology knowledge, specifically in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

Additional Information

We require a candidate who is willing to travel and work in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work under pressure and have strong attention to detail.
