About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at S&J Consulting. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing and maintaining records, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, clients, and vendors, including preparing and sending reports, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects as needed, including preparing presentations, reports, and other materials.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
