About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at S&J Consulting. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Data Entry: Enter data into our database and maintain accurate records.
  • Reporting: Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
