We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Noor Greenhouse Ltd. as an Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizational Development: Plan and organize daily operations, establishing and implementing policies and procedures to drive business growth.
  • Policy Implementation: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, ensuring that the work environment is productive and efficient.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that meetings and events are well-coordinated.
  • Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, providing excellent customer service.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring that resources are available when needed.
About You
  • Leadership Experience: Supervise a team of 16-20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
  • Physical Demands: Perform repetitive tasks, requiring attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
