- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that meetings and events are well-coordinated.
- Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Customer Service: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, providing excellent customer service.
- Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring that resources are available when needed.
- Leadership Experience: Supervise a team of 16-20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
- Physical Demands: Perform repetitive tasks, requiring attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of business operations.
