About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at S&J Consulting. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Management: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including implementing new procedures and reviewing and evaluating existing ones.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Bondable and able to undergo a criminal record check.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Requirements
  • Availability: Available for shift or on-call work.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
