We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at S&J Consulting. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Office Management: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including implementing new procedures and reviewing and evaluating existing ones.
- Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Security and Safety: Bondable and able to undergo a criminal record check.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Availability: Available for shift or on-call work.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan and permanent employment.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
