About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at 381282 BC LTD. As an Administrative Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Develop, implement, and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficient and effective office operations.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train office support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business decisions.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective financial management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, ability to multitask, and a team player.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Work under pressure and have attention to detail.
