About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at 381282 BC LTD. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing ones, and ensure that they are followed by all staff members.
  • Staff Management: Delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office operations.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, ability to multitask, and a team player.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
