About the Role

Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian-owned luxury jewelry company, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Client Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and promoting our brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for all clients
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, while partnering with store management to effectively promote brand initiatives
  • Communicate customer feedback, business trends, and recommendations to the Retail Store Management Team
  • Maintain visual presentation standards, ensuring the store is replenished and visually appealing at all times
  • Support store management in achieving sales goals and promoting brand initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years retail sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A keen eye for merchandising and visual presentation
