Store Experience Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Experience Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth through effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Team Development: Develop and lead a high-performing team of beauty advisors, senior artistry, and skincare specialists to deliver outstanding client experiences and drive sales growth.
- Service Delivery: Manage the daily operations of the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards and that clients receive an exceptional experience.
- Client Experience: Manage the services online reservation system, ensuring that clients can easily book appointments and that staffing levels are adequate to support a smooth flow of clients receiving services.
- Training and Development: Execute training programs for new hires and existing team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales growth.
- Visual Merchandising: Support the operations team in ensuring that all merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals are within company standards, and that the sales floor is always neat, clean, and organized.
- Vendor Management: Ensure that all beauty advisors are properly engaging with store brands, and that brand representatives are effectively training and coaching cast on their products.
- 2-4 years' experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to create high-performing teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
