Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead our Industrial East division and drive growth targets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in multimillion-dollar construction projects and a deep understanding of industry regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Direct the operations of our Industrial East division, focusing on achieving growth targets and driving operational excellence.
- Integration and Alignment: Oversee the integration of services acquired through the Insulation division acquisition, ensuring seamless alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance and expand our operations within the construction industry, with a particular emphasis on insulation, scaffolding, coatings, and fireproofing sectors.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify market opportunities, develop business strategies, and drive revenue growth. Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, with a particular focus on highly regulated environments such as the Nuclear industry. Direct complex project portfolios, overseeing project execution, risk management, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to support our growth objectives and enhance our competitive position in the market.
- Senior Managerial Experience: 10+ years of senior managerial expertise in multimillion-dollar construction projects in urbanized environments.
- Business Acumen: Ability to develop corporate strategies and long-term plans. Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry regulations and standards, particularly in highly regulated environments such as the Nuclear industry.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
