Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Human Resources and Organizational Development department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for various HR processes, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Assist with general inquiries from staff and stakeholders, directing phone calls and emails to the appropriate person.
  • Manage and respond to office inquiries and workflow, including redirection of documents for information or action.
  • Act as a liaison between the Director's office and internal and external partners, fostering relationships and resolving conflicts.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as opening and sorting mail, drafting correspondence, and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Collaborate with other Ontario Health atHome employees to complete tasks and assignments as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to various HROD programs and projects.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field, plus three to five years' previous related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, combined with the ability to prioritize and balance workload requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and HROD operational software.
  • Ability to work well with others and maintain confidentiality at all times.
