Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Unit Director (BUD) for our Engineering Solutions division. This pivotal role will report directly to the Business Area Director and is integral to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Implementation:
    • Oversee the business unit with full responsibility for financial performance and service delivery, crafting and executing strategies that ensure excellence and profitable expansion.
    • Recruit and nurture a diverse team of senior professionals, establishing clear objectives and driving performance to meet project milestones.
    • Formulate and execute the business plan, ensuring alignment with quality standards, global delivery, and growth targets.
    • Identify and engage potential clients to stimulate revenue growth within the business unit.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Forge enduring client relationships, gaining insights into their needs to enhance satisfaction and drive growth.
    • Guide discipline and service managers to ensure project success and elevate client satisfaction.
    • Recognize and advocate for talent development within the unit to foster career advancement.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a licensed Professional Engineer or Architect with over 10 years of experience in leading a business function within professional services. Exceptional leadership, communication, and commercial acumen are essential for this role. Compensation and benefits will be discussed with selected candidates.
